Caraway Auction House is owned by Billy Caraway. Billy has been a licensed auctioneer since 1986. (Texas License #7247)
Billy is a member of The Texas Auctioneers Association and The National Auctioneers Association.
Caraway Auction House is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and protected by a Recovery Fund administered by the Department.

The State of Texas requires us to maintain a copy of either a Texas Resale Certificate or a Sales/Use Exemption Certification when Dealers and/or Exempt Organizations complete a tax exempt transaction with us. You may obtain a copy of either from the Texas Comptroller's Website by clicking on the appropriate link below.

These forms are in .PDF format which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may download the latest version by clicking here. With version 3.0 or later, you can fill in the blanks and print the completed form(s). Sign the form and bring it with you to the auction. Copies of tax forms are also available in our office.

	All items sold "as is - where is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
	Statements made the day of sale supercede all printed material.
	All purchases must be paid for on auction day unless made by absentee bid.
	Method of payment: cash, cashiers check, Texas company or personal check approved by auction company, Mastercard or Visa.
	Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is on file with us.
	Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.

	Consignments are accepted at our facility only with prior arrangements made directly with management.
	On-site auction services are available. Please call for information.
